Information regarding Covid-19

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual.

Our standard fulfillment estimate of 5 working days is currently closer to 7. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19. Please if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact support@speezshop.com or call our front desk.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF THE FASHION INDUSTRY IS HUGE. IT IS THE SECOND MOST POLLUTING INDUSTRY IN THE WORLD SO IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO OUR PART. OUR AIM IS TO BE THE CHANGEMAKERS IN THE INDUSTRY AND THEREFORE WE WILL FROM THIS POINT ONWARDS BE SLOWING DOWN AND STREAM-LINING OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS IN FUNCTION OF PRESERVING THE ENVIRONMENT. 

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? INSTEAD OF PRODUCING OUR GARMENTS BEFORE OUR RESTOCKS/DROPS WE WILL NOW ONLY BE PRODUCING GARMENTS ON ORDER. THIS PROCESS WILL OCCUR AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER. BY OPTING FOR THIS APPROACH WE ARE ABLE TO KEEP LEFTOVER FABRICS AT A BARE MINIMUM AND THEREFORE REDUCE OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT ON THIS PLANET.

Shipping

Once your order has left the building, you’ll receive a shipment e-mail from us containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door or pick up point.

We partner with a range of couriers depending on the area to deliver the packages.

Returns and Exchanges

If you want to return or exchange a damaged/ faulty item, please e-mail support@speezshop.com with the following information:

– Order number

– Name on the order

-Phone number

– Your request

If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please also provide us with a clear photograph of the problem. We’ll get back to you in 24hrs with the necessary information to start the return process.

Keep in mind that buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) to us.
